THE CHAIR
The Chair of the Parliamentary Forum for Democracy is Mr Emanuelis Zingeris MP. Mr Zingeris is a parliamentarian and Chair of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the Parliament of Lithuania.
THE SECRETARIAT
The Secretariat of the Parliamentary Forum for Democracy is based in Vilnius, Lithuania. The Secretariat is headed by the Secretary General.
GOVERNING COUNCIL
The governing body of the Parliamentary Forum for Democracy is the Governing Council.
